Advance Group under take fabrication and installation of structural steel works including Preengineered Steel for industrial buildings, ware house, Fuel stations, shopping malls, Refinery structures, Pipe supports , Hand railing, Access plat forms, conveyor frames, Sub structure, ladders, Skylight, Cinema Seatings, etc.

A detailed cutting list is prepared and issued by the Engineering department to production department.

Production (Fabrication) department shall follow the production plan strictly and sequences of fabrication are also followed by production.

Material shall be verified for grade and specifications prior to starting of any fabrication job.

If required (Client request) heat number of the raw material shall be transferred to the cut lengths as punch markings.

In process inspection shall be carried out by the quality controller for the process involved.

Each product fabricated shall be checked for conformity by the quality controller prior to welding.

Welding shall be carried out as per the project requirements and as per the approved welding procedures.

A Visual weld inspection shall be carried out on the completion of welding by the quality controller.

Any Non Destructive testing required shall be carried out as per the contract / specification by the approved third parties.

All such reports shall be forwarded to client, consultant’s approval. If required the fabricated components shall be assembled and checked for conformity, prior to blasting and painting.

All finished components shall be stacked clearly with wooden timbers or as per the site requirements.

Prior to any erection, the foundation levels shall be checked.

Adequate and proper slings belts shall be used in the erection of steel structures.

Structures erected shall be aligned and adequate torque shall be applied in the fastening areas as per the specifications.
